About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of experience in Python backend
development, API design, large-scale data processing, and cloud-native application development. The ideal
candidate should have strong expertise in building scalable backend systems, processing large datasets efficiently,
and supporting frontend integration using modern web technologies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Backend Development
• Strong hands-on experience in Python 3.x development
• Expertise in multiprocessing, multithreading, asyncio, and concurrent programming
• Proven ability to design and develop scalable, high-performance backend applications
API Development
• Strong proficiency in FastAPI and RESTful API development
• Experience in designing secure, scalable, and maintainable APIs
Database Management
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Presto, or Trino
• Strong expertise in SQL query optimization and performance tuning
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and analytical queries
Large-Scale Data Processing
• Strong experience handling and processing multi-GB datasets efficiently
Batch Processing & Scheduling
• Experience in building and managing ETL/ELT pipelines
Memory Optimization
• Strong understanding of Python memory management and optimization techniques
Authentication & Security
• Experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms such as:
o SSO
o OAuth 2.0
o OpenID Connect
o SAML 2.0
o JWT Authentication
o Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
CI/CD & DevOps
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with deployment automation and release workflows
Frontend Development
• Basic working knowledge of React.js
• Ability to build reusable UI components and integrate frontend applications with backend APIs
• Familiarity with:
o React Hooks
o ES6+
o npm/yarn
o Webpack/Vite
Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
