- Work closely with architects, tech leads, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and architectural discussions Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing technical guidance and best practices
- DevOps & Delivery
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release management Ensure applications meet non-functional requirements including performance, security, and availability Actively participate in Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
