What is this role all about
We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer with deep expertise in RAG pipelines, LLM fine-tuning, and agentic AI frameworks to join our core AI platform team. You will own the design, development, and production deployment of AI-driven products — including voice bots and chat bots — that serve enterprise clients at scale. This is a high-ownership, hands-on engineering role with direct impact on product outcomes.

- You will design and build production-grade RAG pipelines and fine-tune large language models to power intelligent voice and chat bot experiences for enterprise customers.
- You will architect and ship scalable RESTful APIs using FastAPI, owning the complete lifecycle from design and development through testing and production deployment.
- You will work with LangChain and LangGraph to create sophisticated, multi-step agentic AI workflows that handle complex, real-world customer interactions.
- You will own the productionization of AI models end-to-end — ensuring they are reliable, observable, and performing at enterprise scale on Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
- You will collaborate closely with product, data science, and DevOps teams to define architecture, shape the roadmap, and directly influence how AI evolves at Kapture.
This is a
Bangalore based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.
What does success look like in this role
You will have successfully shipped AI-powered voice and chat bot features that enterprise clients rely on at scale, with measurable improvements in reliability and performance. Within the first six months, you will be a go-to engineer for AI architecture decisions and a multiplier for the team around you.

Here Are The Basic Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Python engineering, Hands-on experience building RAG applications and fine-tuning LLMs in production environments.
- Proficient with FastAPI and comfortable across MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
- Experienced with Kubernetes and have taken AI models from prototype to stable production.
What are the most critical skills for this role
- Strong Python fundamentals: async, clean code, API design, and test coverage.
- Practical depth in LangChain and/or LangGraph — you've built multi-step agentic systems, not just read the docs.
- System design instinct for high-volume, enterprise-scale workloads.
- End-to-end ownership mindset — you drive features from spec to monitoring without hand-holding
You Will Have An Advantage If You
- Have built voice bots or conversational AI products and can speak to the challenges of deploying them at scale — covering latency, accuracy, fallback handling, and enterprise integration.
- Have experience with MLOps tooling, model observability, and A/B evaluation frameworks that keep AI systems performing reliably over time.
- Can articulate the scale of projects you have worked on — number of enterprise customers served, volume of interactions handled, and the architectural decisions made to get there.
