About Position:
We are looking for an experienced Python Django Developer with 610 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-performance applications using Python and Django frameworks, ensuring code quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Python and Django framework.
- Build scalable RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Experience in Python development with strong expertise in Django / Django REST Framework.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design principles.
- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with ORM libraries and database design.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript (good to have).
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is an added advantage.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerization preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
