Python Django & JavaScript Developer

You will be part of the digital team and will be working on the telesales routing engine which is integrated with our website and other lead sources. Its a small team of 3 developers and we work in fast paced environment with regular interactions with business teams. The team is critical for driving growth of our telesales channel through regular improvements and new developments on the routing engine basis inputs from analytics and business team. We also deploy real time analytics and profiling tools to enhance lead conversion.

Requirement:

3-4 years of hands-on experience in core Python and Django framework. Good knowledge of Javascript.

Key Competencies:

• Exceptional Skills in frameworks, new solutions development, system design, enhancement and modernization using Python, Django, Postgres or MySQL
• Fundamental understanding of front-end technologies like JS, CSS3 and HTML5.
• Good to have knowledge of Angular, React JS.
• Knowledge of Web frameworks and RESTful APIs.
• Proven project management skills including responsibility for delivering to project timetables, and expertise in providing technical solutions.
• Ability to simultaneously work on and manage multiple tasks within the same assignment and prioritize effectively.
• Strong Architecture knowledge and skill experience of building architecture to build systems that supports business goals. Understanding of various architectural styles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively within teams, external teams
• (Marketing, Sales, Product), management and partners.
• Code packaging, release, and deployment.
• Code versioning tools like Git, SVN, etc
• Knowledge of enterprise platforms, tools such as: Apache/NGINX.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Writing efficient, reusable, testable, and scalable code.
• Understanding, analyzing, and implementing Business needs, feature modification requests, conversion into software components.
• Developing Backend components to enhance performance and receptiveness, server-side logic, and platform, statistical learning models, highly responsive web applications.
• Designing and implementing High availability and low latency applications, data protection and security features.
• Enhancing the functionalities of current software systems.
• Working with Python libraries like Pandas, NumPy, etc.
• Mentor other team members
