Xemplar is a US-based software and solutions company that specializes in customer engagement and risk management software using AI/ML, GPT, Mobile, Web and Cloud technologies for insurance and financial services customers primarily in US, and Europe.

We currently have openings for Python developers to scale up our workforce within the AI practice and backend scripting. We are seeking seasoned Python developers who have very good experience in handling complex requirements and are eager to learn new tools and applications.

Interested candidates will get to work in an established Insuretech, with incredibly talented individuals and a fast-paced environment at our Hyderabad Development Center, which is equipped with modern facilities and infrastructure.

Must Have Technical Skills:

•Strong proficiency in Python programming.

•Strong proficiency in data analysis and manipulation (e.g., Pandas, Numpy).

•Experience with LLMs (e.g., Open AI, Anthropic) and Generative AI.

•Prompt engineering skills.

•Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing code for performance and reliability

•Experience with API integrations.

•Experience with GitHub for source code management.

•Proficient in using langchain.

Nice to Have Technical Skills:

•Good Knowledge on multi-threaded processing

•Experience with AWS.

•Agentic AI frameworks and memory management.

•Exp. With any chatbot framework.

Job Responsibilities:

Should have 4+ years of hands-on and full-time experience in design and development of Python-based applications and services with Generative AI.

1. Work in sprints assigned by the leads in projects related to working with GenAI , LLMs, AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, AI/ML models, and other AWS tools.
2. Be flexible to research when needed to always find best and latest libraries for development of required functionality, rather than depend on past knowledge.
3. Be willing to quickly learn new things and implement, i.e. do not expect the tasks given to be monotonous in nature. The need to continuously learn new things should be expected.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, technical architecture, solution design, to deliver high-quality solutions.
5. Deliver standards driven, high-quality, and well-tested code to other cross-functional teams or QA for integration and testing.
6. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for high performance and reliability.
7. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and bring new ideas and concepts to the table.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

1. Strong proficiency in Python programming. Must have 4+ years of hands-on and full-time experience in design and development of Python-based applications and services.
2. Have strong proficiency in data analysis and data manipulation using latest libraries such as pandas, database integrations, etc.
3. Must be familiar and experienced with advanced concepts related to API integrations, multi-threaded processing, structured programming, etc.
4. Well versed with using Git Hub for source code management, automated deployment pipelines, etc. to enable continuous development, continuous integration, and continuous testing.
5. Prior experience in working with LLMs, AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, and other AWS tools will be preferred.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Other Experience

1. Proficiency in using Jira software, MS-Office products, etc.
2. Product development mind-set and experience, as opposed to one-time project-based development.
