Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Python Automation + AI Developer with 5+ years of experience to design, develop, and automate enterprise applications using Python while leveraging modern AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python automation, REST APIs, AI/LLM frameworks, cloud technologies, and CI/CD practices. Experience with Generative AI, RAG applications, and AI agents is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation solutions using Python.
- Build automation frameworks for API, backend processes, workflows, and data pipelines.
- Develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Integrate AI services such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini into enterprise applications.
- Develop RESTful APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
- Design and implement AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
- Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and automation workflows.
- Work with vector databases for semantic search and RAG implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and secure cloud-native applications.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support when required.
