What You'll Do:

• Build and scale backend systems powered by AI/ML algorithms
• Develop robust APIs and microservices architecture
• Design and implement data processing pipelines
• Optimize performance and reduce system latency
• Work on computer vision / image processing solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, DevOps, AI)
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical leadership
• Mentor and guide developers as the team grows
  

What We are Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in Backend / Full Stack development
• Strong expertise in Python (must-have)
• Experience with microservices, APIs, and scalable systems
• Solid understanding of multithreading & message queues
• Experience with image/video processing or computer vision (preferred)
• Familiarity with Linux (Windows is fine, Linux is a plus)
• Experience with Docker, databases, and system integration
• Knowledge of data structures, system design, and architecture
• Exposure to AI/ML or Deep Learning concepts (bonus)
• Strong problem-solving mindset and communication skills
