A technology services company operating in enterprise software development and HR-technology solutions, delivering web and backend platforms for clients across SaaS, fintech, and e-commerce. We build scalable API-driven systems, data-backed services, and integration solutions to support high-throughput production workloads.
We are hiring an on-site Python Developer in India to join our engineering delivery team and help design, implement, and operate backend services that power customer-facing applications and internal tools.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and modern frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask where applicable).
- Translate product requirements into scalable technical designs and implement features end-to-end, including database schema and query optimisation.
- Develop and maintain automated tests (unit/integration) and participate in peer code reviews to ensure high code quality and reliability.
- Containerise applications and support deployments using Docker and CI/CD pipelines; collaborate with DevOps to ensure repeatable releases.
- Troubleshoot production issues, profile performance, and implement improvements for latency, throughput, and resource utilisation.
- Integrate with third-party services and messaging systems and implement background processing for asynchronous workloads.
