Python Developer (Undergrad / Graduate)

Parsewave creates high-quality post-training and evaluation datasets for leading AI teams. We work on real-world coding, AI, and technical workflows where outputs can be tested, verified, and improved.

Our team builds tasks, tests, rubrics, and datasets that help frontier AI models get better at solving difficult problems. We work remotely with contributors around the world and care most about technical ability, reliability, and quality of work.

Role Description

We care about ability, not resumes. Past job titles, degrees, and years of experience do not matter. What matters is whether you can solve difficult technical problems, debug properly, and work independently.

You should be comfortable with:

• Linux, Ubuntu, Debian
• Docker and docker-compose
• Python, pip, uv
• Bash, zsh, sh
• Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI coding tools

Work may include debugging codebases, improving tests, creating coding challenges, reviewing AI-generated solutions, and building technical tasks used to evaluate frontier AI models.

Compensation

• Initial paid trial week
• $5k USD /month earned by top contributors. Above market average base salary.
• Fully remote
• Flexible hours
• Work whenever you want, as long as tasks are completed properly
