Role Overview
Trianz is building a next-generation AI-native enterprise transformation platform as part of its broader agentic digital transformation vision. This is not a traditional Python backend role focused on standalone APIs or internal tooling — this role is centered around building enterprise-grade integration frameworks connecting AI-native systems, transformation platforms, and cloud-native orchestration services.
We're looking for a highly skilled Python Integration Engineer to help design and build scalable integration adapters, transformation pipelines, and event-driven orchestration frameworks powering the Concierto Modernize platform.
This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role. You will work closely with platform engineering and AI teams to build production-grade integrations across modern cloud infrastructure, Java Spring Boot ecosystems, AI orchestration platforms, and enterprise SDLC workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Python Integration Engineering
- Design and develop Python-based integration adapters connecting Concierto Modernize REST APIs with ATX transformation and AgentCore orchestration services
- Build scalable integration layers supporting enterprise transformation workflows and AI-native orchestration pipelines
- Develop and maintain REST API integrations between Python services and Java Spring Boot ecosystems
- Implement secure API authentication and repository integration mechanisms using IAM roles, ARN-based access, and PAT-based authentication
Data Transformation & Event-Driven Systems
- Build and maintain data transformation pipelines for JSON-based assessment artifacts and transformation outputs
- Design and implement schema validation and payload transformation workflows across heterogeneous enterprise systems
- Develop event-driven integration patterns supporting workflow triggers, approval chains, and SDLC automation processes
- Build resilient retry logic, observability instrumentation, and production-grade error handling mechanisms
Cloud-Native & Platform Engineering
- Contribute to cloud-native deployment and containerized integration services using Docker and Kubernetes
- Support CI/CD integration workflows using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and modern DevOps tooling
- Collaborate with platform engineering teams to extend integration modules supporting GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, and AWS Transform ecosystems
- Implement environment-specific configuration management and secure deployment practices
Collaboration & Ownership
- Participate in technical design discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews
- Work closely with platform, AI, and product engineering teams in a fast-moving environment
- Take ownership of integration reliability, scalability, and maintainability across enterprise deployment models
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- 6–8 years of hands-on Python development experience in production environments
- Strong experience building enterprise integration systems and backend services
- Experience working within cloud-native and distributed application environments
- Strong ownership experience managing integrations and API ecosystems end-to-end
Python & Backend Engineering
- Advanced proficiency with Python 3.9+
- Strong expertise with FastAPI or Flask for REST service development
- Experience with asynchronous programming using asyncio and aiohttp
- Strong understanding of API design, REST integrations, and distributed system communication
- Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks such as pytest
Integration & Data Engineering
- Strong experience building and consuming REST APIs across heterogeneous systems
- Experience with JSON schema design, validation, and payload transformation workflows
- Familiarity with webhook architectures, event-driven systems, and API gateway patterns
- Experience consuming Java Spring Boot services from Python ecosystems
- Understanding of OpenAPI contracts and enterprise integration patterns
Cloud & DevOps Expertise
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including boto3, IAM, and AI/ML services such as Bedrock or SageMaker
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment workflows
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and environment configuration management
- Exposure to observability, reliability engineering, and production support practices
Enterprise & AI Platform Exposure
- Exposure to enterprise SDLC workflows including approval chains, task routing, and transformation orchestration
- Familiarity with AI-native transformation platforms or orchestration ecosystems is highly preferred
- Understanding of secure enterprise deployment models and customer-hosted architectures is advantageous
