About Your New Role
- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Python and Flask
- Build scalable APIs and integrate third-party services
- Design and manage databases efficiently
- Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams for feature implementation
- Troubleshoot bugs, improve application performance, and ensure code quality
- Participate in deployment, monitoring, and system optimization activities
Requirements
- B.Tech degree is mandatory from Tier-1 colleges
- Previous work experience with a B2C Android application is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Python programming
- Experience with Flask framework is required
- Good understanding of APIs and backend development
- Hands-on experience with databases:
- MongoDB
- SQL / PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of database design and query optimization
- Familiarity with Git/version control systems
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to DevOps tools and deployment workflows is an added advantage
- Understanding of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and server management is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
