Hiring: Python Developer (Data Team)

We're looking for an experienced Python Developer to join a high-impact Data team that delivers large-scale, high-quality data to users globally.

This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, research, and trading — offering the opportunity to work closely with quant researchers, traders, and technology teams while building systems that directly influence decision-making.

What you'll be working on:

• Building and owning scalable data pipelines

• Designing robust data ingestion and transformation systems

• Collaborating with researchers to onboard and model new datasets

• Improving frameworks, libraries, and internal tools for better efficiency

• Ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability of data systems

• Contributing to production support (within working hours)

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of strong Python development experience

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field

• Solid understanding of SQL and RDBMS (Postgres preferred)

• Experience with data transfer protocols/tools (FTP, SFTP, APIs, AWS S3)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Good to have:

• Experience with big data, distributed systems, or cloud platforms

• Exposure to C++, kdb+/q, or Rust
