Job Description
Backend / Workflow + DevOps Engineer
Experience: 2–4 Years
Location: Pune – Hybrid
Shift: 1 PM–10 PM / 3 PM–12 AM
Role Summary
We are looking for a Backend / Workflow + DevOps Engineer with strong experience in Python, Kubernetes, workflow orchestration, CI/CD, and observability.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong Python development with production experience on Kubernetes
- Pydantic or similar typed request/response modeling
- Workflow orchestration using Temporal, Airflow, AWS Step Functions, or similar
- Async Python and pytest/unit testing
- Debugging distributed workflows and state transitions
- Hands-on Helm charts and Kubernetes deployments
- CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar
- Prometheus, Grafana, Loki or equivalent observability tools
- Python/Bash scripting and GitOps practices
Good to Have
- Temporal.io operational experience
- ArgoCD
- Nx or similar monorepo/build-graph tools
- Alert-rule management and alert-noise reduction
Immediate joiners with relevant experience will be preferred.
