About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Python AI Engineer to build and deploy scalable, production-grade Generative AI applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python backend development along with hands-on exposure to LLMs, RAG systems, and agentic AI workflows.

You will work on cutting-edge GenAI solutions integrating vector databases, Azure Cloud, Databricks, and modern AI orchestration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy advanced LLM-powered and agentic AI solutions using Python.

Build and optimize RAG pipelines including ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, and vector database integration.

Develop AI agents with tool usage, multi-step reasoning, and workflow orchestration.

Integrate AI services into applications using FastAPI, Django, or Flask.

Build secure REST APIs, async workers, and SDK-based clients.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design conversational and agentic flows.

Monitor AI system performance using A/B testing, structured evaluation, and telemetry-driven analysis.

Optimize AI performance for correctness, reliability, and grounded responses.

Develop reusable AI components and scalable pipelines.

Ensure data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices.

Utilize Databricks or open-source frameworks for scalable GenAI workflows.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Strong Python programming experience (scalable backend systems & APIs)

Hands-on experience with:

LangChain / LangGraph (or equivalent)

RAG architectures

Vector databases

Agentic AI patterns & tool integrations

LLM prompting & grounding techniques

Experience building applications using:

FastAPI / Django / Flask

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs

Experience with evaluation techniques (A/B testing, dataset-driven evaluation)

Software engineering best practices (testing, logging, monitoring, security, scalability)

Good to Have

Experience with Databricks for GenAI workflows

MCP (Model Context Protocol) or standardized tool interfaces

Azure Cloud exposure

DevOps / MLOps experience

CI/CD using GitHub or Azure DevOps

Full-stack development exposure

Preferred Qualifications

BS/MS in Computer Science or related field

Databricks Certified: Generative AI Engineer Associate (or equivalent)

Experience with end-to-end GenAI lifecycle management

Agile development experience
