We are looking for a skilled professional with strong experience in statistical methods, data exploration, and ETL automation to support data quality, pattern identification, and anomaly detection across large datasets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and Talend, with the ability to modularize, automate, and orchestrate data workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply statistical techniques (IQR, Z-Score, Recall, Precision, F1-Score, Confusion Matrix, etc.) to detect and analyze outliers and anomalies in data.

Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) using Python and SQL to identify patterns, correlations, and trends.

Develop data validation and quality frameworks leveraging statistical and analytical methods.

Build and automate ETL pipelines using Talend, ensuring modular and scalable design.

Implement workflow orchestration for end-to-end automation of data processes.

Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts to interpret findings and optimize data accuracy.

Document logic, maintain code repositories, and follow best practices for version control and deployment.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong understanding of statistical and machine learning metrics for data analysis and quality evaluation.

Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn) for data exploration and visualization.

Solid knowledge of SQL for data extraction, aggregation, and pattern discovery.

Hands-on experience with Talend for modularized ETL development and automation.
