Job Summary:

Solytics Partners is looking for a Backend developer with over 4 years of experience specializing in backend development using Python. Skilled in designing asynchronous operations, optimizing performance using SQL and ElasticSearch, and implementing robust messaging systems like RabbitMQ/Redis. Proficient in code reviews, and writing comprehensive unit test cases. Strong expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms to solve complex technical challenges.

ey Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain highly scalable backend applications using Python and Django.
• Design and implement asynchronous operations to enhance application performance.
• Work with SQL databases and ElasticSearch for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Utilize expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) to solve complex problems and optimize application performance.
• Implement messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Redis for robust and efficient inter-service communication.
• Write and maintain comprehensive unit test cases to ensure code quality and coverage.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Python with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
• Deep understanding of the Django framework and asynchronous programming.
• Proficient in working with SQL databases and ElasticSearch.
• Solid knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Experience with RabbitMQ or Redis for message queuing.
• Expertise in writing and executing unit test cases.
• Experience in performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards
