Polosoft Technologies is looking for a GenAI + Python Developer with 2–5 years of experience to build AI-powered applications and intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate Generative AI solutions using Python.
• Work with LLMs, AI APIs, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
• Build and integrate AI-powered features into applications.
• Develop REST APIs and backend services using Python.
• Work with databases and manage structured/unstructured data.
• Optimize AI workflows for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Debug, test, and deploy AI applications.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Good understanding of Generative AI and LLMs.
• Experience with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Gemini / Claude APIs or similar LLM platforms.
• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend development.
• Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who has strong Python development experience along with practical GenAI/LLM project experience and can independently build and integrate AI-powered solutions.
