We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with 8 to 12 years of expertise in building scalable applications, microservices, and API-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python, Fast API, Django, and AWS, along with exposure to AI/ML technologies and modern cloud-native architectures. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying secure, high-performance solutions for healthcare platforms while ensuring compliance, scalability, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Python and modern frameworks such as Fast API, Flask, and Django.
- Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs to enable secure and efficient data exchange across applications.
- Develop and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS using services such as EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, and API Gateway.
- Manage and optimize relational and NoSQL databases for healthcare data processing and storage.
- Design and implement distributed systems and microservices-based architectures.
- Integrate AI/ML models and AI tools to support predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent decision-making.
- Deploy, monitor, and support applications in cloud environments while ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning activities.
- Follow Agile development practices including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and iterative delivery cycles.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 8 to 12 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Fast API, Flask, and Django frameworks.
- Strong experience designing and developing Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.
- Expertise in API development, integration, and management using RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience working with AWS services including EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, and API Gateway.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, along with NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations including HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and managing source code using GitHub.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application deployments.
- Experience working with Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience integrating AI tools and machine learning solutions into enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, performance optimization, scalability, and security best practices.
- Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in the healthcare domain and developing compliant, secure healthcare solutions is highly preferred.
