Python Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications.

Build robust backend services and RESTful APIs.

Develop reusable modules, libraries, and frameworks.

Write clean, maintainable, and secure code following best practices.

Optimize application performance through profiling and debugging.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.

Implement authentication, authorization, and API security.

Develop and maintain microservices-based applications.

Required Skills

Core Python (Must Have)

Strong hands-on programming experience in Python.

Excellent understanding of Python internals and advanced programming concepts.

Strong knowledge of:

Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

Functional Programming

Decorators

Generators & Iterators

Context Managers

Lambda Functions

List & Dictionary Comprehensions

Exception Handling

Experience with:

Multithreading & Multiprocessing

AsyncIO / Asynchronous Programming

Memory Management & Garbage Collection

Python Packaging & Virtual Environments

Performance tuning, optimization, profiling, and debugging.

Experience in writing reusable libraries/frameworks.

Knowledge of secure coding practices.

Backend Development

Hands-on experience with at least one of:

FastAPI

Flask

Django

Strong experience in REST API development.

JWT and OAuth2 authentication implementation.

Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.

Microservices architecture.

API versioning and middleware implementation.

Preferred Skills

Understanding of software design patterns.

Experience with Git and version control.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Exposure to Docker and containerization is an added advantage.
