Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Python Developer to join our engineering team and build scalable backend systems that power our AI-driven hiring platform. You will work closely with product managers, AI engineers, and frontend developers to develop APIs, optimize databases, integrate AI services, and build reliable cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.
• Build RESTful APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
• Develop secure, efficient, and maintainable application architecture.
• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
• Integrate third-party APIs and internal microservices.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate LLMs and AI-powered features.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain engineering best practices.
• Work with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
• Contribute to system design discussions and backend architecture improvements.

Required Skills

• Experience in Python backend development.
• Strong knowledge of Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI or Flask.
• Good understanding of REST APIs.
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Git and version control.
• Basic understanding of Docker and containerized applications.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and API security.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience working with Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
• Understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• Knowledge of AI/LLM integrations, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Equivalent practical experience is also welcome.
