We're looking for a Senior Python Developer to build scalable, high-performance backend systems and mentor junior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Python applications
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
- Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Mentor junior developers and support team growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development (Python-focused)
- Strong experience with Django or Flask
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
- Experience using Git
- Front-end exposure (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus
