Job Title: Mid-Level Developer (Python, Cloud & AI)

Location: Remote

Shift: 2 PM - 11 PM IST

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Developer with strong expertise in Python, Cloud technologies, and foundational AI concepts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable applications, exposure to AI model execution, fine-tuning, and evaluation. Experience with Snowflake is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python
• Build and deploy cloud-based solutions (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Work on AI/ML model integration and execution in real-world applications
• Perform model fine-tuning and evaluation for performance improvement
• Develop APIs, data pipelines, and backend services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists and DevOps
• Optimize code for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Participate in code reviews and follow best engineering practices

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python
• Solid experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and workflows
• Hands-on exposure to:
• Model execution
• Fine-tuning techniques
• Evaluation metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, etc.)
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines

Good to Have (Preferred)

• Experience with Snowflake (data warehousing)
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, or GenAI frameworks
