Join our development team as a Python Developer Intern, focusing on building and maintaining Django Rest APIs. Gain hands-on experience with Django Rest Framework, GitLab, and database management while contributing to real-world projects.
We are looking for INTERNS.
Responsibility:
- Create base models and build REST APIs using Django Rest Framework.
- Maintain and manage the database of ongoing projects using PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with developers and update code in GitLab, ensuring proper push, pull, and update functions.
- Perform API testing and debugging using tools like Postman.
- Ensure smooth integration and deployment with Nginx and related server management.
- Assist with basic Linux server tasks (if applicable), ensuring proper deployment and execution of APIs.
- Follow best practices for API development and database management.
- Write clean, maintainable code, and document processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Familiarity with Django and Django Rest Framework.
- Knowledge of creating and maintaining REST APIs.
- Experience using GitLab for version control (push, pull, update).
- Good understanding of database management with PostgreSQL.
- Experience using Postman for API testing.
- Basic knowledge of Nginx for web server management (preferred).
- Some knowledge of Linux server functions is appreciated.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
