We're looking for a Python Developer to join our high-performing, fully remote engineering team. If you're passionate about building scalable systems, leading teams, and driving product impact — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a development pod, ensuring delivery of scalable, high-quality software

• Architect and build robust backend systems

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering & Leadership on roadmap execution

• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence

• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices

• Manage technical debt and system performance

• Support production systems & resolve critical issues

• Contribute to hiring and onboarding

• (Plus) Contribute to frontend development in NextJS/jQuery if interested

What We're Looking For

• 0.5 to 5 years experience in Python & Django/DRF

• Strong expertise in REST API design & architecture

• Solid experience with MySQL, Git, CI/CD, AWS

• Full-stack exposure or frontend understanding

• Prior team leadership experience

• Proven delivery of multiple complex projects

• Agile/Scrum + Jira experience

• Strong problem-solving & debugging skills

• Excellent communication
