Python Developer Intern (AI)

We are looking for a passionate Python Developer Intern Interns who enjoys building modern, scalable applications and is excited to work on AI-powered software products. You will collaborate with senior engineers to develop backend services, front-end interfaces, secure APIs, and AI features leveraging LLMs, vector databases, and generative models.

Location: Remote (India)

Duration: 6 Months (Full-time Internship)

Compensation: Paid Internship (Monthly Stipend Provided)

Experience Required : 4-6 Months Internship

Responsibilities:

You will work on:

1. Backend development using FastAPI (preferred) or Flask/Django
2. REST API design and development
3. MongoDB schema design, aggregations, indexing, and performance tuning
4. Redis for caching, rate limiting, and session management
5. Background task frameworks: Celery, RQ, APScheduler, or similar
6. Async programming and concurrency patterns
7. OAuth 2.0, JWT, or SSO authentication
8. Integrating external APIs (HTTPX/Requests, webhooks, retries, pagination)
9. Basic frontend work with React or Next.js (good to have)
10. AI integration using OpenAI, LangChain, vector databases, and embeddings

Required Skills:

1. Strong Python fundamentals
2. Experience with FastAPI or Flask/Django
3. REST API development
4. Basic knowledge of MongoDB and Redis
5. Git/GitHub experience

AI Integration Responsibilities

You will work on real AI feature development, including:

1. Using OpenAI / Gemini / Anthropic APIs
2. Prompt engineering & LLM fine-tuning
3. RAG pipelines with embeddings + vector DBs (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma)
4. AI chatbots, assistants, and workflow automation
5. Text classification, summarization, entity extraction, and semantic search
6. LLM Ops: latency, cost, safety, and prompt optimization
