We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic
Python Developer with
2–3 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills, experience in developing scalable backend applications and APIs, and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust, high-performance solutions for enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Python.
- Build scalable RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following coding best practices.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and product stakeholders.
- Participate in system design, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases to design and optimize data models.
- Develop unit tests and support automated testing practices.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and ensure code quality standards are maintained.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with Python web frameworks such as:
- Experience in developing REST APIs.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Experience working with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is an advantage.
- Experience with Git and version control best practices.
- Basic understanding of Docker and containerization.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
