Job Description:

A Senior Python Developer leads technical delivery for Python based solutions
The role ensures application quality performance and maintainability while guiding the engineering team

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design and development of Python applications
Define coding standards and best practices
Review and optimize application performance
Handle complex business logic and integrations
Mentor junior and mid level developers
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams
Support release planning and production stability

Technical Requirements:

Expert level Python development experience
Strong understanding of application architecture
Experience leading development teams and projects

Additional Responsibilities:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or equivalent
