Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership Delivery
• Lead end to end delivery of Python Django applications ensuring quality performance and maintainability
• Drive technical design discussions architecture decisions and implementation strategy for complex modules
• Mentor developers through code reviews pairing and guidance on best practices and patterns
• Own estimation planning and execution with a focus on predictable delivery and risk management
• Engineering Excellence
• Establish and enforce coding standards testing practices and CI CD aligned development workflows
• Optimize application performance troubleshoot production issues and implement long term fixes
• Ensure secure development practices including authentication authorization and data protection controls
• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
• Minimum Qualifications
• 9 11 years of overall software development experience with strong expertise in Python
• Strong hands on experience building web applications services using Django
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design backend architecture and scalable application development
• Experience with unit integration testing debugging and code review practices
• Bachelor s or Master s degree BTECH MTECH MCA MSC

Technical Requirements:

• Exposure to CI CD pipelines and release management practices for backend services
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical trade offs clearly
