About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for API and Backend Development, working on complex systems that require deep technical expertise and a thorough understanding of business process modeling and workflow orchestration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain backend APIs using Python and Java frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django, with some experience in Express.
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries with PostgreSQL, Aurora experience a plus.
• Implement business process modeling (BPMN, DMN) and build executable flows and workflow orchestration solutions.
• Work with JSON/XML payloads, perform complex joins, CTEs, and subqueries to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Engage with orchestration tools, particularly Camunda 7/8, with at least 4-5 years of working knowledge.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8 to 10 years of overall backend/API development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Java frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Aurora databases.
• Deep understanding of business process modeling and workflow orchestration.
• Proven experience with JSON/XML payloads, complex joins, CTEs, and subqueries.
• Good working knowledge of Camunda 7/8 or similar orchestration tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms and deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of additional database systems.
• Experience working on scalable, high-availability systems.
