Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Python Developer role based in Hyderabad. The Python Developer will design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs that support AI-powered OCR and document processing workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, testable Python code, implementing object-oriented designs, integrating with databases, and optimizing performance for large-scale data processing. The role involves collaborating with AI engineers and product teams to integrate LLM-based models, troubleshoot production issues, and improve scalability, reliability, and security of the platform. The developer will also participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and support continuous improvement of engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills in Python.
• Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including building and maintaining APIs and microservices.
• Candidates should possess Software Development skills, covering SDLC, testing, debugging, and version control (e.g., Git).
• Candidates should possess Databases skills, including working with relational and/or NoSQL databases and writing efficient queries.
• Experience with AI/ML integration, data processing pipelines, or OCR-related projects is beneficial.
• Familiarity with web frameworks (such as Django or Flask), containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are expected.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
