About the Role

BrizSolution Technology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled, motivated Python Developer with 2–5 years of experience to join our development team in Noida.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python development, backend/API development, databases, and web frameworks. You will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, reliable applications while working closely with the frontend, QA, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Python.
• Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Design and implement clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases and optimize database queries.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Develop backend business logic and application workflows.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Write unit tests and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product teams.
• Use Git for version control and follow development best practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
• Maintain technical documentation related to APIs, applications, and development processes.
• Ensure applications are secure, scalable, reliable, and performance-oriented.

Required Technical Skills

• 2–5 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of Python programming concepts, OOP, data structures, and exception handling.
• Hands-on experience with at least one Python web framework:
• Django
• Flask
• FastAPI
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and web services.
• Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Good understanding of database design, queries, joins, indexing, and optimization.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
• Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab or similar version-control systems.
• Understanding of JSON, HTTP methods, authentication, and API integration.
• Experience with debugging, logging, and troubleshooting backend applications.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and coding best practices.

Good to Have

• Experience with FastAPI / Django REST Framework.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Redis, Celery, or background job processing.
• Knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Exposure to unit testing frameworks such as PyTest or unittest.
• Understanding of application security and authentication mechanisms such as JWT/OAuth.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Basic understanding of Linux/Unix environments.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
