Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent bots that automate business processes and improve operational efficiency. The role involves working with automation frameworks, APIs, and AI/ML libraries to deliver scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain bots using Python and automation frameworks.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code to support automation requirements.
- Integrate bots with third-party applications.
- Collaborate with project coordinators and business analysts to understand requirements.
- Develop custom automation logic including OCR, NLP, or AI-based components.
- Conduct unit testing and support QA/UAT teams during validation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production bots, providing timely fixes and enhancements.
- Contribute to technical documentation, coding standards, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- BE(CSE), B.Tech(IT, CSE, AIML, CSBS, AI & DS)
- 2 – 4 years of experience in Python development
- Familiarity with automation libraries (e.g., Selenium, Pandas, OpenPyXL).
- Knowledge of OCR/NLP libraries (Tesseract, spaCy, OpenCV) is a plus.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
