We are looking for an Python Developer (AI) to build intelligent AI agents and automation systems on the Agentter platform. You will work on File and API Based AI Agents.

The role involves building AI systems that can understand intent, reason, retrieve knowledge, integrate with external systems, and execute business actions across industries like eCommerce, hospitality, operations, sales, and customer support.
Responsibilities
- Build File-Based AI Agents using documents, folders, knowledge bases, and local data systems
- Build API-Based AI Agents that interact with CRMs, SaaS tools, databases, APIs, and external platforms
- Develop multi-agent orchestration and automation workflows
- Integrate LLMs, APIs, vector databases, and third-party tools
- Build RAG pipelines, memory systems, and intelligent retrieval workflows
- Develop backend systems for AI execution and workflow automation
- Optimize AI performance, scalability, reliability, and security
Required Skills
- Strong Python development experience
- Experience with LLMs and AI frameworks
- Knowledge of AI agents, orchestration systems, and automation workflows
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, backend integrations, and tool calling
- Experience with vector databases and RAG systems
- Understanding of AI safety, guardrails, hallucination reduction, and response validation
- Understanding of scalable backend architecture and cloud deployment
Preferred Skills
- LangChain, AutoGen, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Experience building SaaS products
