Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Python Developer with strong experience in AI/ML and Computer Vision to help enhance our Gatepass and Paperless Management platforms. The role involves building intelligent features using YOLO, CompreFace, and deploying models into production-ready applications and APKs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate AI/ML modules into our Gatepass and Paperless Management Systems
- Implement computer vision use-cases using YOLO (object detection, PPE compliance, people/vehicle tracking, etc.)
- Work with CompreFace for face recognition and identity verification
- Build and optimize Python-based APIs and microservices (Flask/FastAPI)
- Support mobile app / APK integration for AI features (camera, geolocation, geotagging, real-time inference)
- Optimize ML models for performance, accuracy, and edge deployment
- Collaborate with PHP/CI backend and front-end teams for seamless integration
- Assist in deploying solutions on cloud, on-premise servers, and edge devices
Must Have (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven experience deploying YOLO-based computer vision models in real-world, production environments (CCTV/RTSP or live camera feeds).
- End-to-end experience in building, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML pipelines — from model training and validation to production deployment and monitoring.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with YOLO / Computer Vision / OpenCV
- Experience with Machine Learning / Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Experience integrating AI models into real-world applications
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Flask/FastAPI
- Understanding of Docker and model deployment pipelines
- Experience working with mobile apps (APK integration / camera feeds)
- Knowledge of Android app integration or hybrid apps
- Experience with industrial use-cases (security, access control, safety, logistics)
- Familiarity with edge AI deployments (Jetson, on-device inference, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving mindset and production-oriented development approach

Compensation
- 3.50 Lacs to 7.0 Lacs per annum
