Role: Senior Software Engineer (SDE III) – AI & Backend Systems

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled backend engineer with strong expertise in Python development and AI systems. In this role, you will design and build scalable platforms, develop AI-powered agents, and work on real-time voice applications.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Python
• Build microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures
• Develop AI-powered agents using LLM frameworks and multi-agent systems
• Work on voice systems using STT/TTS and real-time streaming
• Integrate APIs, vector databases, and RAG-based architectures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Python backend development
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agent frameworks
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures
• Experience in API design, microservices, and cloud environments
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with voice systems (STT/TTS) and real-time architectures
• Exposure to MCP or similar AI frameworks
• Experience building AI copilots or multi-modal systems
