About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our product engineering team. The ideal candidate will work on building scalable backend systems and contribute to developing AI-driven features, including AI chatbots, automation workflows, and intelligent applications.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong Python background and interest or exposure to AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop Python-based applications and APIs
- Build scalable backend services and microservices
- Contribute to AI-powered features such as chatbots and automation workflows
- Integrate with LLMs and third-party APIs where required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing
- Contribute to technical design and architecture discussions
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong proficiency in Python (35 years experience)
- Experience with frameworks such as:
- FastAPI / Flask / Django
- Good understanding of:
- REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Asynchronous programming
- Experience with databases:
- PostgreSQL / MS SQL / MongoDB
- Experience with API integrations
- Familiarity with Git/version control
- Strong problem-solving skills
Preferred / Good to Have- Exposure to AI / NLP / Agentic AI, Conversational AI concepts
- Experience working on:
- Chatbots, Voice AI, Contact Center
- LLM APIs (OpenAI or similar)
- Awareness of:
- Agentic AI / multi-agent systems
- RAG and vector databases
- Experience with tools/frameworks such as:
- LangChain / LangGraph
- Knowledge of React.js or frontend technologies
- Experience with Docker / containers / cloud environments
- Experience in SaaS or product-based companies
