Role Description

We are looking for a motivated full-time Python Developer Agentic AI to join our growing AI team. The role involves building intelligent, production-ready AI systems using modern LLM frameworks and backend technologies. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered features for live products.

Experience: 0 3 years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop agentic AI workflows (tool usage, multi-step reasoning, decision flows)
• Integrate LLMs and build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Design and maintain FastAPI-based backend services
• Work on API, database, and third-party integrations
• Build and improve AI features used in real-world products
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented Python code

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong foundation in Mathematics (statistics, probability, linear algebra)

Must Have Skill

• Strong Python fundamentals (OOPs, async, APIs, error handling)
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI / Flask
• Experience with LLM integration (OpenAI/Anthropic or similar APIs)
• Understanding of RAG pipelines
• Basic knowledge of Vector Databases
• Strong foundation in Statistics & Probability
• API integration & JSON data handling
• Git & clean coding practices

Good to Have

• Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex
• Knowledge of Vector Databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate)
• Basic understanding of Docker
• Prompt engineering experience

Experience Criteria

• 024 months of experience in Python / AI development
• OR
• Strong college-level AI/ML projects

Candidates without industry experience must showcase real AI projects on GitHub
