Job Overview

We are looking for a Python Delivery Lead with strong hands-on expertise across modern Python ecosystems and proven leadership experience in managing teams and client delivery.

The ideal candidate should be a deep-tech, customer-facing leader capable of driving end-to-end delivery across data engineering, backend systems, and scalable architectures.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Leadership

• Lead end-to-end project delivery with ownership of timelines and quality
• Manage and mentor development teams
• Act as a customer-facing lead, handling stakeholders directly
• Drive agile delivery, planning, and execution

Technical Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend and data systems using Python
• Work on APIs, data pipelines, and distributed processing systems
• Ensure best practices in performance, scalability, and security

Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
• Translate requirements into technical architecture and solutions
• Ensure smooth coordination across teams
