Key Deliverables

• Interface with clients to gather requirements, ensure quality assurance, and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Create, review, and validate designs and architectural blueprints to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
• Participate in project estimation, provide critical inputs for solution delivery, and conduct technical risk planning.
• Perform thorough code reviews and unit test plan reviews to maintain high standards of code quality.
• Lead and guide development teams in creating optimized, high-quality code deliverables and fostering continuous knowledge management.
• Contribute to building efficient programs and systems that align with organizational guidelines and processes.

Essential Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Python development, with a strong understanding of its application in analytics and big data.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and understanding of project lifecycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• Solid understanding of software quality assurance principles and SOLID design principles.
• Experience with testing tools and the ability to perform comprehensive code and unit test plan reviews.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of more than one technology stack beyond Python.
• Familiarity with estimation methodologies and quality processes.
• Basic understanding of business domains to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends.
