Python Backend Developer

We are looking for a Python Backend Developer to design and develop scalable backend systems for enterprise workflow and compliance applications. The role involves building APIs, workflow logic, validation engines, audit tracking systems, and secure data processing modules.

The candidate will work closely with frontend developers, QA reviewers, and domain consultants to implement structured business workflows and operational logic.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python
• Build REST APIs and workflow-driven modules
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL database structures
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access
• Develop validation, audit logging, and status transition systems
• Handle file upload, parsing, and backend processing
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical reviews
• Debug, optimize, and improve system performance
• Collaborate with the team during development and testing cycles

Qualifications Required

3-5 years of experience in Python backend development

• Strong knowledge of Django or FastAPI
• Good understanding of REST API development
• Experience with PostgreSQL or relational databases
• Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts
• Experience designing scalable backend architectures
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Ability to understand structured business requirements

• PreferredExperience with Redis, Celery, or background job processing
• Experience with Docker and deployment environments
• Understanding of workflow/state-machine systems
• Experience with audit logs or approval-based systems
• Exposure to enterprise or compliance-oriented applications
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and API validation
• Good to HaveStartup experience
• Experience handling large datasets or file-processing systems
• Ability to independently own backend modules
• Strong communication and documentation skills
