Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Python Automation with Storage position. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as process automation, troubleshooting, creating test cases, quality assurance, and ensuring smooth automation processes with storage systems.

Job experience: 3+ years

Work mode: Work from office (WFO)

Notice period: Immediate to max 30 days

Responsibilities:

New Product Introduction of the latest Intel and AMD based CPU technologies

based on X86 based distributed systems, and integration of the hardware

features with Nutanix Software . Be able to feed learnings back into the

product.

Work closely with development, SME , documentation and product

management teams to improve quality of products in a fast-paced

environment.

Engage with customers and support to debug and solve production issues on

SSD, NVMe, NICs, processors, RAM, storage controllers and server virtualization

technologies

Majority (50%) of the time goes into reading existing code to debug and fix

technically reported problems

Requirements:

Good understanding of x86 Platform Hardware and Firmware components

like BIOS, BMC , SSDs , NIC.

Good code debugging skills and passion for code development and in any

one of these languages: C++, C, Python, Go Lang.

Python development experience ,Scripting knowledge and exposure to

automation frameworks

Experience on linux systems and linux kernel Driver integration or any open

source contributions is a plus

Good To Have: Knowledge of virtualisation (VMWare, KVM)

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or Mathematics field.

5-8+ years of relevant industry experience
