This is an on-site opportunity for a hands-on automation engineering role focused on building scalable test automation solutions for web and API platforms.
Position: Python Automation Engineer (On-site, India)
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks and libraries using Python to validate web and API workflows.
- Author and execute Selenium WebDriver-based UI automation and PyTest-based test suites; ensure reliable cross-browser coverage and stability.
- Implement API automation for RESTful services, validating contract, functional, and negative test scenarios.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable test execution in Jenkins or equivalent systems.
- Collaborate with software engineers and QA leads to triage defects, improve testability, and shift-left quality practices.
- Create and maintain test artifacts: test plans, test data management, automated test reports, and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
