Python Automation Test Engineer

Key Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with testing frameworks like Pytest, Unit Test or similar
• Hands-on experience in API Testing using tools such as Postman, Requests, etc.
• Strong experience in Performance Testing using tools like Locust, JMeter
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, TeamCity)
• Familiarity with Git / Bitbucket
• Knowledge of AWS / Azure and Docker / Kubernetes is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Python-based test automation frameworks
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
• Conduct API testing and write detailed test cases
• Design and execute performance testing to ensure scalability
• Integrate and maintain automation in CI/CD pipelines
• Perform code reviews for automation scripts and ensure quality standards
• Generate detailed test reports and collaborate with developers for issue resolution
• Develop utilities/tools to improve testing efficiency
• Coordinate tasks and collaborate closely with developers and product teams
• Continuously improve automation coverage and testing processes
