Job Role: Python Automation Engineer
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python-based automation scripts and frameworks
- Perform validation and testing for consumer electronic products/devices
- Diagnose and debug hardware/software-related issues
- Prepare detailed validation plans covering regular and corner-case scenarios
- Work closely with cross-functional and customer teams
- Enhance automation coverage, framework scalability, and validation efficiency
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Python Programming
- Hands-on experience in Python Automation Framework Development
- Good experience working on Linux-based systems
- Experience in Embedded Software Development or Testing
- Strong debugging and analytical skills
Good to Have
- Experience with Embedded Linux Kernel, Device Drivers, and Build Systems
- Exposure to Yocto Build System
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes
- Experience with Git Version Control
- Understanding of Code Coverage, Static & Dynamic Code Analysis
