About Position:
We seek a highly experienced Python Architect to lead in building the next generation of payment solutions that integrate with leading third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. You will help design and implement a scalable, AI-enhanced payment platform, working closely with Product, Architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that empower nonprofits to focus on their mission. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payment platforms, API integrations, AI/ML-driven fraud detection, and cloud-native architecture.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python, Django, Flask, and AIOHTTP.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and asynchronous services using FastAPI.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Implement unit and integration tests; support CI/CD pipelines.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Python Development Expert level.
- Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, FastAPI, and aiohttp.
- Strong knowledge of Linux, Front-end/Backend development, and React framework.
- Proficiency in Pandas, Database design, and asynchronous programming.
- Experience in designing scalable architecture and implementing best practices.
