Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Python Lead with strong hands-on expertise in AWS cloud services and modern Python web development frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI. The role involves leading backend development, solution architecture, and mentoring a high-performing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development of Python-based backend applications.

Architect and implement scalable solutions using Django / Flask / FastAPI.

Build and optimize RESTful and asynchronous APIs.

Design and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS.

Mentor Python developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding best practices.

Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless releases.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate AWS deployments.

Ensure system performance, security, and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

710 years of strong Python backend development experience.

Hands-on expertise in Django, Flask, and FastAPI frameworks.

In-depth knowledge of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM, CloudWatch, ECS/EKS).

Experience building microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures.

Strong knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases.

Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes (preferred).

Excellent debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.

Team leadership experience with the ability to guide and mentor developers.

Good to Have

Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).

Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS.

Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
