Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, database-driven web applications using Python APIs. The role involves backend architecture, module ownership, integrations, and team mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalablePython-based APIs (FastAPI/Django)
Own backend modules end-to-end includingdesign, development, integration, and deployment
Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and performance
Participate incustomer discussions,requirement analysis,and backend solution design
Handle backend deployments, environment setup, and API integrations
Write and maintain unit and integration test scripts for backend services
Ensure effectiveGit repository managementand version control practices
Work withinAgile/Scrummethodologies and SDLC processes
Must Have Skills
4-6 years of overall IT experience in software development
Recent 2-3 years strong hands-on experience in:
Python API development (e.g., FastAPI/Django)
Database design and programming (MS SQL, PostgreSQL or similar)
Strong experience in database-centric web applications
Hands-on experience with code integration and module orchestration
Nice to Have Skills
Exposure to AI/ML-based applications
Experience with Azure DevOps
Basic knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
Educational qualification:
B.E/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent qualification
Experience :
4-6 years of overall IT experience in software development
