API Automation and Integration: Extensive experience using REST or SOAP APIs for automation across enterprise and cloud identity platforms. Direct experience required with: ServiceNow (SNOW) ITSM and ITOM APIs for workflow automation. Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) APIs for identity lifecycle management. GCP IAM and Resource Manager APIs for policy and project lifecycle automation. General Identity Provider (IDP) platforms.
Programming and Scripting: Strong proficiency in Python for developing automation scripts, system integrations, and infrastructure tooling.
Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Proven expertise with Terraform or similar IaC tools for secure and scalable infrastructure provisioning across multi-cloud environments.
Cloud Platforms: Solid, hands-on experience in both Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
Security Engineering: Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including policy and role engineering and enforcing the principle of least-privilege.
Security Foundation: Working knowledge of PKI (X.509), key rotation strategies, and secure Secrets Management for service identity.
