Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy APIs usingPython (FastAPI framework).
  • Build and maintain scalable solutions using coreAWS services(EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
  • Write and optimizeSQL queriesand perform database performance tuning on AWS RDS.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and performance of deployed solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and testing activities.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to root cause analysis and resolution.

Years of Experience:6 9 years of experience in API development, AWS, and relational databases.

  • Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional):Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • AWS Developer/Architect certification (preferred).

Skill Set Required:Must Have:

  • Proficiency inPython API developmentusing FastAPI or similar frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge ofAWS core services: EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS.
  • SQL expertise forquerying, managing data, and performance tuning.
  • Experience working inAgile environmentsand familiarity with Scrum ceremonies.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge ofOracle Application R12.
  • Experience withCI/CD pipelinesusing Jenkins, Git, Kompass or other DevOps tools.
  • Familiarity withKubernetes concepts(pods, deployments, namespaces, scaling, monitoring) and writing YAML configuration files.
  • Hands-on experience withApache NiFifor data ingestion and transformation.
  • StrongOracle PL/SQLskills for stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
  • Experience withOracle SOA SuiteandBPELfor orchestrating business processes.
